WinFast® PxVC1100, a whole brand-new generation of MPEG-2/H.264 transcoding card developed by Leadtek, is composed of Toshiba high-performance stream processor SpursEngineTM*1 integrating four of Synergistic Processing Element (SPE)*2 cores based on the "Cell Broadband EngineTM*3” intelligence power protection, one-slot adaptive cooling FANsink, and PCI-Express Low profile Form factor.

It’s able to accept almost all video format and encode it to your desired file format such as MPEG-2, MPEG-4, AVI, Dvix , QuickTime, H.264, DVD-Video, blue-ray disc and much more. TMPGEnc 4.0 Xpress also with NVIDIA CUDA support, can use CUDA to do more filter, interlacing, smartsharp, color correction and noise reduction work. TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress provides you with functions and features ranging from a simple cut-editor tool to multiple powerful video filtering and effects Pegasys develops the Movie Plug-in SpursEngine for TOSHIBA SpursEngine. By using this plug-in, you can now take control of the encoder circuits included in the SpursEngine and experience incredible output processing speed even with high CPU power demanding tasks such as high-definition video processing. Furthermore, everything that the SpursEngine cannot do, such as audio encoding or video and audio multiplexing, is handled by TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress itself, creating content readily available for editing or DVD/Blu-ray creation.
