Leadtek’s HRV Analyzer is an advanced instrument measuring heart rate variability (HRV) and evaluation of the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS). The instrument makes a live recording of the ECG signal, computes the instantaneous changes in the heart rate and provides full analysis of HRV. It utilizes the standard procedure for short-term HRV evaluation suggested by the Task Force of the European Society of Cardiology and the North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology (1996).

It provides parameters of frequency domain analysis that reflect the levels of sympathetic and parasympathetic activity and their balance.
