 The state-of-the-art Health baby is a single-lead ECG and body temperature recorder. The device is designed not only for self-monitoring of users but also for long distance medical care to record a definite period of heart activity and body temperature. Recording is activated manually by the user once discomfort is experienced. Data recorded include timestamp, body temperature, and ECG.
Health Baby is unique in its portability enabling user mobility. It does not require connection to any cable during monitoring. Health Baby is so compact as to easily fit into a pocket, making it ready for use anytime and anywhere. User simply have to place the device on the chest or put two thumbs on the electrodes and push the button to start recording. Recorded data can be transmitted via a USB cable to a PC or mobile phone where data is displayed for intensive analysis and evaluation by physicians and forward to the Health Management Center thru Internet for advanced daily monitoring.
