In 2025, global industries continued to face challenges including geopolitical developments, supply chain restructuring, climate change, and rapid market changes. Leadtek remained committed to prudent management, continued to improve operational efficiency and strengthen product R&D capabilities, and actively expanded its core businesses in AI, high-performance computing, and professional graphics to enhance overall operational resilience and market competitiveness.

Sustainable development has become an important foundation of corporate competitiveness. The Company continues to strengthen corporate governance, business ethics, and risk management. Through the Sustainable Development and Risk Management Committee, it integrates environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into operational decision-making and actively promotes greenhouse gas inventories, energy conservation and carbon reduction, green procurement, talent development, occupational safety, and sustainable supply chain management to continuously improve sustainability performance.

Looking ahead, Leadtek will continue to drive growth through AI innovation and place sustainable governance at the core of its business. This report was prepared by Leadtek Research Inc. in accordance with the core framework of the 2021 GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards issued by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). It also references the hardware (TC-HW) industry-related metrics of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) to enhance the relevance, completeness, and comparability of sustainability information.

This report was also prepared in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Taiwan Stock Exchange's Rules Governing the Preparation and Filing of Sustainability Reports by TWSE Listed Companies and Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles for TWSE-Listed Companies. This sustainability report is prepared periodically by Leadtek Research Inc. and is generally published annually to disclose the Company's management strategies, material topics, and performance related to sustainable development.

The reporting period covered by this report is January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. It covers the Company's management measures, performance, and sustainability actions across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects. The reporting period is generally consistent with the reporting period of the Company's consolidated financial statements to ensure the completeness and comparability of information. This report is also published on the Company's official website for stakeholder access.

This report discloses Leadtek's progress and performance in various aspects of sustainable development for 2025. The scope of financial and human resources information covers the parent company and subsidiaries included in the consolidated financial statements to reflect overall operating performance.

For environmental and social indicators, the primary reporting scope covers the Company's headquarters and major operating sites, including factories. Relevant data from certain overseas subsidiaries and other affiliated enterprises have not been fully included in this year's reporting scope because information collection and management mechanisms are still being established.

To enhance the completeness and comparability of information disclosure, the Company has gradually strengthened its sustainability data collection and management systems. In the future, based on the materiality principle, Leadtek will progressively expand the inclusion of relevant information from overseas subsidiaries and affiliated enterprises to provide a more comprehensive view of its operations and sustainability performance.

This report does not involve any significant restatement or adjustment of previously disclosed information. The calculation methods and disclosure principles for sustainability indicators remain consistent with the previous reporting period, with no significant changes.

In addition, the reporting scope and boundary of this report are generally consistent with the previous reporting period and have not materially affected the comparability of overall data. Where differences in individual indicators arise from changes in data collection methods or reporting scope, the Company has noted the reasons for and extent of such changes in the relevant sections.
