1. Report Purpose, Scope, and Summary

This report was prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, the "Rules for the Preparation and Filing of Sustainability Reports by TPEx-Listed Companies," and other international sustainability guidelines. We also referenced the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) standards to disclose industry-specific metrics and a content index that maps our report content to SASB indicators. Furthermore, we considered the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These frameworks guide us in presenting Leadtek's efforts and achievements in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) areas.

Detailed information regarding our sustainability and financial reports is as follows:

  • a. Reporting Period and Frequency for Sustainability Report: The reporting period for this sustainability report is the year 2024. We plan to publish a new report annually. The 2024 Sustainability Report is scheduled for release in August 2025.
  • b. Reporting Period for Financial Report: The reporting period for our financial report is the year 2024.
  • c. Report Release Date: The Sustainability Report will be published on August 31, 2025.

3. Direction of Sustainable Development

We believe that a company's sustainable development must first be rooted in its core values. While strengthening and pursuing sound growth and profitability, we integrate the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to set our short-, mid-, and long-term targets. We are also planning to incorporate these goals into our operational plans.

5.Gender Equality All employees, regardless of gender, can apply for parental leave, and salary evaluations are not based on gender.

11.Sustainable Cities and Communities Continue to develop remote medical care products and services to balance the quality of healthcare between urban and rural areas.
12.Responsible Consumption and Production Review procurement processes and suppliers, prioritizing the selection of environmentally friendly, low-carbon, and recyclable materials whenever possible.
13.Climate Action Identify climate-related risks and opportunities in accordance with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and then formulate relevant response and mitigation strategies and measures.
16.Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions Implement honest management and anti-corruption measures, and strictly adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
17.Partnerships for the Goals Adopt an open and proactive attitude in collaborating with diverse customers and suppliers to create win-win situations.

4. Sustainability-Related Topics

To identify our sustainability topics, we primarily referenced the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and their sub-indicators, GRI Standards, the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) industry-specific topics (TC-HW), and climate-related indicators. We have compiled and analyzed data from the aforementioned SDGs, corresponding GRI Standards, and SASB industry-specific topics.

As a result, Leadtek has identified 26 sustainability-related topics. These are listed below, categorized into three dimensions: Environmental, Social, and Governance.
