1. Product Management and Customer Satisfaction

To protect customer health and the environment, our company controls the materials used in our products and monitors all susceptible points in our manufacturing processes. This ensures compliance with international regulations on restricted substances (RoHS) and contributes to our commitment to environmental protection. Our sales team is responsible for thorough external communication with customers, while also coordinating internally with all relevant departments to meet customer requirements and provide timely, appropriate sales service. We regularly review whether we have met our targets, and assess the effectiveness of our measures for managing relevant risks and opportunities, discussing potential improvements. The marketing team supports the product planning and sales teams by providing market analysis, arranging product launches, and conducting customer satisfaction surveys. The results of these surveys are shared with the relevant departments to inform improvements to our products and services.

2. Sustainable Supply Chain Management

We view our long-term suppliers as partners. To ensure they meet our requirements for quality, delivery times, pricing, and transaction terms, we conduct evaluations before the first transaction and on a regular, annual basis. We also pay attention to and have requirements for our suppliers across various aspects, including corporate governance, environmental protection, and labor health and safety. All raw materials and packaging from our suppliers must comply with legal requirements and meet the specified substance concentration standards in the RoHS (3-EM-003) green product regulations. In addition to our material supply requirements, we require suppliers to sign a Pledge of Integrity, in which they formally commit to ethical, anti-corruption, and honest business practices.
